Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted bail by order dated 02.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31774 of 2021, but the petitioner could not be released on bail, as in address portion inadvertently, name of petitioner was typed as Suresh Kumar Mehra in place of Suresh Singh Mehra, similarly instead of Police Station Tankpur it was typed as Police Station Raunakpur and instead of name of State Uttarakhand it was typed as Uttar Pradesh. Let the same be corrected and read as name of
