The petitioners are in custody since 04.11.2018 in connection with Turkauliya ( Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 680 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a), 38 (2), 41 (1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He submits that petitioners are in custody in connection with seizure of 308.820 liters of foreign liquor. He further submits that petitioners are in custody since 04.11.2018.

No.77180 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 Considering the facts that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 04.11.2018, let the petitioners named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Special Judge of Excise Act, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya ( Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 680 of 2018.
