This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kasba PS Case No. 230 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of the she-calf of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than five months, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the
