The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 409 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have misappropriated the government money entrusted to him for construction of a school building. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 23.11.2014. Similarly situated co-accused Anugrah Narayan Singh has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8453/2015. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of Anugrah Narayan Singh.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the chargesheet has already been submitted, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12089 of 2015 (2) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Bhabhua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 14/2014.
