This application under Article 227 of the Constitution has been filed by the petitioners against the judgment passed in Misc. Appeal No.25 of 2008 whereby the Court below has confirmed the order passed by the trial court in Misc. Case No.25 of 1986 refusing to restore Misc. Case No.31 of 1982. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the judgment is based on evidences and materials available on record and after hearing the learned counsel for the parties, a reasoned judgment has been passed.

Therefore, in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction, the impugned judgment cannot be interfered with and thus, this writ application is dismissed.
