The petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.10.2014 in a case initially registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Sections 395 and 120(B) of the I.P.C. were also added.

It is alleged that the informant's Scorpio vehicle was robbed. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of co-accused, a statement to that effect has been made in paragraph no. 7 of the petition. Further statement has been made in paragraph no 11 of the petition that neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T. I. Parade. It is further submitted that merely on suspicion and confession of co-accused, the petitioner has been roped in four other cases.

Parade, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
