2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rail Kiul P.S. Case No. 68 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 436, 457, 380, 411, 302, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 150, 151, 152, 145, 146, 147 and 174(A) of the Railway Act.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is of opposing the Agniveer Project of Government of India.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an accused of participating in a protest when the Agniveer Scheme was announced by the Government of India. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67501 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 jail since 10.04.2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned R.J.M., Kiul in connection with Rail Kiul P.S.
