2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 33/2025, dated 05.02.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2)/140(3)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and 4/12 of the POCSO Act.
3. The prosecution case, in short, the petitioner along with other accused persons abducted the minor daughter of the informant and the petitioner is alleged to have made physical relation with her.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent. The allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offence.
5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. He submits that on the date of occurrence, the victim was minor and her date of birth is 08.01.2009. Apart from this, the medical report of the victim suggests that the petitioner has made physical relation with her and the victim has supported the prosecution case.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. It is accordingly dismissed.
