JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379 of the I.P.C.

The mobile and purse containing cash of Rs.

4000/-, ATM card and I.D of the informant were snatched leading to registration of S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 286 of 2014. The robbed mobile is alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. Moreover neither the petitioner nor the recovered mobile was put on test identification parade and the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12939 of 2015 (2) dt.31-03-2015 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with S.K.Puri P.S. Case No. 286 of 2014.
