29.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in G.R.P. Jehanabad (Taregana) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2013 registered under Sections 376, 511, 379, 341 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna.

Perused the report of the Railway Magistrate from which it appears that now the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions. In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11167 of 2015 (4) dt.29-07-2015 adjournment to any party and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police (Rail), Patna, and the Superintendent of Police (Rail), Patna is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
