Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 401 of the IPC.

Petitioner is jail custody since 6.7.2018 on the charge that while he was attempting to pick-pocket, he was caught by the informant and blade and other articles were recovered from his conscious possession.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM, RLY, Bhagalpur in GRP Case no.
