Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case no. 101/2014 registered under sections 451 and 354/34 of the IPC.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case was lodged in retaliation of Dhanarua P.S. Case no. 102/2014 and, as a matter of fact, a dispute had taken place between the parties on a petty issue but informant lodged this case with exaggerated story. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs
