2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 325, 427, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3 As per FIR, it is a case of assaulting due to which the informant and others sustained injury.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the specific allegation is against other accused, namely, Umesh Mahto and Manoj Mahto who assaulted the informant. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65453 of 2023(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact and circumstance of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned Court, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Madhuban P.S.
