JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she did not make any allegation against the petitioner. The medical report of the victim reveals that she was between 17 to 18 years at the time of alleged occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015.
