JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2017 This revision application against the order passed by learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, S.C & S.T, Patna in Special Case No. 296 of 2016, is not maintainable in view of Section 14A of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes ( Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application, same being not maintainable. He, however, seeks liberty to challenge the impugned order under appropriate provision of law by filing an appeal. It goes without saying. The petitioner shall have such liberty.
