The Petitioner seeks bail in Kowakol P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014 instituted under Section(s) 302, 201/34 Indian Penal Code pending before Sri S. K. Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Nawadah.

Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner during investigation, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Prayer for bail is rejected.

However, considering that there is no other case of similar nature pending against the Petitioner, he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of Charge provided his case is not bifurcated for the said purpose.
