2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that during an enquiry to verify educational certificates, it was found that this petitioner secured employment on the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated certificates.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner was appointed as Panchayat Teacher after verification of all his certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and

Moreover, the appointment of the petitioner has already been canceled on the basis of the enquiry report of the enquiry committee which is an ex parte order as it has been passed without giving any opportunity of hearing to this petitioner. It is lastly submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 07.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46374 of 2024 and order dated 21.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12258 of 2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of accusation, fact that appointment of the petitioner has already been canceled, claim based on parity and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.
