The informant named eight persons and disclosed that while he along with his brother was returning from market, Anil Kumar Singh the petitioner and Ratan Pratap came on motorcycle. Anil Kumar was driving the motorcycle and Ratan Pratap was a pillion rider. He took out pistol from his waist and fired on his brother Shivbahal Singh Yadav, who died. There is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 17.09.2014.
Considering the fact that petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1785 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M, Arrah in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014.
