The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No.194 of 2022 registered under Section of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the petitioner had no knowledge about the alleged food grain carrying on his vehicle by the driver. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
