The petitioners are in custody since 07.07.2019 in connection with Dhanrua P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioners, but from the Patna-Gaya main road. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on
