The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 412, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the name of the petitioner has come in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused which has no evidentiary value in the eye of law. He submits that there is specific allegation against co-accused Manoj Kumar and Anil Sahni. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is also involved in this case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
