JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State assisted by the O.P.No.2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.3285 of 2014 registered under Sections 323 and 498(A) of I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer for the learned counsel for the petitioner and O.P.No.2 the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna where petitioner and O.P.No.2 appeared and petitioner expressed his desire to keep O.P.No.2 as his wife with full dignity

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9123 of 2017 (6) dt.06-10-2017 2/2 and honour but O.P.No.2 was not ready to lead her conjugal life with this petitioner rather she demanded Rs.4/- lacs for one time settlement.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No.3285 of 2014 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
