Informant, after withdrawing the amount from UCO Bank was in a way to his house along with his son over motorcycle was robbed of. Because of the fact that some delay has been caused at the end of the bank officials to make payment therefore, informant had named those officials alone. So far petitioner is concerned, from the order impugned it is evident that save and except inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement of the petitioner coupled with criminal antecedent nothing more has been collected. Moreover, there happens to be specific disclosure at the end of the petitioner that he had not been put on T.I. Parade.
Accordingly, petitioner Loha Yadav @ Abhay Singh
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17596 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No.45 of 2014, subject to condition that petitioner will give an undertaking that whenever and wherever police will requisition him for conduction of T.I. Parade, he will be available. Having violation of the undertaking at the end of the petitioner will automatically cease the operation of the instant order. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) PN/- U T
