The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2019 in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 245/19 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/36/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from the house of one Binay Chaubey and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
