JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-10-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. 2 The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 316 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. As per prosecution, the petitioner is one of the accused who has tried to take away the victim girl for outraging her modesty.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.07.2023. He further submits that he has falsely implicated in this case.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
