2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016, registered in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 141 of 2019, corresponding to Special Case No. 3468 of 2019.

3. At the outset, this Court takes note that the petitioners have variously been accused in six other cases of similar nature.

4. In this view of the matter, I am not inclined to consider the prayer for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail to
