JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-06-2015 The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. On perusal of the record it is evident that robbery was committed in which informant's cash, mobile and motor cycle were looted. After committing the occurrence while accused persons were fleeing away they were chased and in chase one of the accused persons was apprehended from whose possession looted articles were recovered. However, two accused persons succeeded in fleeing away. The accused apprehended disclosed the name of other accused including the name of the petitioner. In view of seriousness of accusation, I do not find any

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20680 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The petition stands dismissed.
