2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singhaul P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 8/20(b)(11B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 1.7 kg of Ganja.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the recovery is from one Shiv Kumar Jha who has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 61703 of 2024.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 9.5.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024 arising out of Singhaul P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Naokothi Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
