2. The present writ petition is filed for the following relief(s):- "I. That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents especially Respondent No. 3 & 4 to immediately continue/ Start / restore the allotment to petitioner's shop which is wrongly been stopped due to absurdity / wrong entry done by the Supply Office, Nalanda resulting wrong data showing in the e-pos machine after having deducting the quantity of foodgrains which was distributed amongst the consumers manually as per direction of the then B.S.O and Magistrate on the basis of Adhar card & ration Card in the months of April to
Patna High Court CWJC No.13842 of 2024(2) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 June 2020 during COVID-19.."

Without going into the merits or demerits of the case having regard to the facts that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 16.08.2024 (Anneaxure P-2) to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Biharsharif, Nalanda (Respondent No. 3), the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. The Respondent No. 3 is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
