Vide order dated 13.07.2022, this application with regard to petitioner no.1 was withdrawn, therefore, it is being heard today for consideration of anticipatory bail of the petitioner no.2. only.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.312 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 307, 326, 447, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner no.2 is to assault the wife of the informant by means of iron rod.

From perusal of the injury report, enclosed in the case diary, it is evident that the injury nos.1 and 2 of the victim was found grievous in nature and the same is said to have been inflicted by the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
