2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s) :

"............... for issuing a direction to the respondents specially Respondents No. 2 to 4 to pay the dues amount of Rs.1,05,300/- the cost of 90 quintals wheat at the rate of 1170/- per quintal (including 50/- rupees of commission) against Voucher No. 90165 with statutory interest to the petitioner."

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that the petitioners may be directed to file a fresh representation ventilating his grievance along with supporting documents before the 2nd Respondent i.e. the District Manager, Bihar State

Patna High Court CWJC No.14043 of 2024(2) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 Food and Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. Khagaria, District Khagaria, and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submission, without going into merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed off with the direction to the petitioner to submit his representation along with supporting documents to the 2nd Respondent i.e. the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. Khagaria, District Khagaria, within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt of the copy of the representation, the 2nd Respondent shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law duly taking into consideration the grievance of the petitioner and the documents filed along with the said representation. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
