JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the concerned opposite party.

Mr. Shashi Bhushan Singh counsel for the petitioner after going through the averments made in the show cause submits that the order has been complied with. However, there is some inaccuracy in fixation of pay. He wanted to address the Court on this issue. Such issue cannot be considered in the contempt jurisdiction.

The contempt application is dismissed.
