Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 191 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 304B/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are relatives of the husband of the deceased. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. They are living separately from the husband of the deceased in mess and business since long. The husband of the deceased is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63392 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 custody. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 191 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
