2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he was given Basgit Parcha with respect to 0.04 decimal of land bearing Khata No.- 50, Khesra No.- 192/193 within Manihari Circle in the District of Katihar in which the private respondent nos. 6 and 7 constructed house and boundary wall.

3. It is his submission that he has drawn the attention of the Collector in this regard vide representation dated 06.05.2022 (Annexure 6 to the petition), he submits that the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.14786 of 2023(2) dt.12-02-2024 2/2 representation has still not been disposed of.

4. In that view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Katihar to look into the matter and pass an appropriate order in accordance with the said representation of the petitioner after putting concerned parties on notice within a period of three months from today.
