This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the order dated 30.07.2012 passed in K.Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 478 of 2011 (G.R. Case No. 2845 of 2011), whereunder the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea took the cognizance of the offence under Section 135 and 138 of the Electricity Act on perusal of the material available in the case diary to summon the accused petitioner fixing the date on 10.09.2012 for appearance. On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. However, the
