Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2013 registered under Sections- 420, 467 & 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case as he was only a witness to the recitals of the sale-deed. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 06.12.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46897 of 2013. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8718 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
