The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kanti P.S. Case No. 537 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 338, 379, 332, 333, 353, 435, 436, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation in the written report that on account of murder of a person, several persons have assembled and when the police party arrived there, the mob started pelting stones on the police force in which some of the police personnel sustained injuries. The mob also snatched the riffle and set the police jeep on fire. The police also made two rounds of firing. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14022 of 2017 (2) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 petitioners have been named in the written report as the persons running away after the firing made by the police party. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It has further been submitted that similarly situated coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 18196 of 2016 on 27.04.2016. It has been mentioned in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.

537 of 2015, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
