ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 18-03-2026 In the show cause filed by the Opposite Party No. 4, at para 10 it is specifically stated as under:- "10. That it is most humbly submitted that it has been apprised by the Senior Accounts Officer, BSEIDC vide letter no. 1794 dated 10.03.2028 that inter alla, amount of Rs. 4,78,19,578.16 (Four crores seventy-eight lakhs nineteen thousand five hundred seventy-six rupees and sixteen paise only) has been deposited in the account of four companies including the present petitioner. A total of Rs. 59,75,941/-(Fifty-nine seventy-five thousand nine hundred forty-one only) has been paid by ESEIDC to the petitioner in the present case namely, Jupiter Shakti Consultancy Service Pvt. Ltd against the vouchers submitted by them and further admissible dues, it any, shall be paid as per due process as and when the vouchers are submitted by them."
