1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent authorities to construct the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in the head quarter of Gram Panchayat Raj, Hawanpura, situated at Revenue Village Hawanpura, appertaining to Khata No. 750, Plot no. 215, Area 3.45 dec. (3 Acer 45 dec.), maintained as Govt. land in the Khatiyan, in

Patna High Court CWJC No.14612 of 2024(2) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 terms of the circular/order/instruction issued by the department of Panchayati Raj, Government of Bihar as contained in letter no. 472 dated 07.07.2015."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
