2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for issuance of Writ in nature of Mandamus for direction to the Respondents No.-2 take appropriate action against the Respondents No.-5, who have willingly and deliberately not executing the order dated 08.07.2023 Passed in B.L.D.R. case No.- 38/2022-23 passed by the Ld. Court of D.C.L.R. Jamui as well as not complying the direction of the Respondents No.-2, who has

(ii) for further issuance of Writ in nature of Mandamus directing to the Respondents No.-1 to take the Legal action for non compliance of the order of the Divisional commissioner as well as DCLR.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Circle Officer, Sikandra, Jamui, respondent no. 5 with all the relevant documents in next four weeks.

4. The State Counsel submits that if such petition is preferred, the Circle Officer, Sikandra, Jamui is duty-bound to take the same to its logical conclusion.

5. In that background, without commenting on the merit of the case and granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent who shall look into the matter and pass an appropriate order only after hearing all the necessary parties at an earliest, the writ petition is disposed of.
