The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 406, 409 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, Sub-divisional Officer, Kishanganj lodged the case making allegation that at the time of inspection of godown of Bihar State Food Corporation the petitioner was found working. The petitioner disclosed that he was working on behalf of Tibrewal Dalmia firm but it was found that he was an unauthorized person and at the instigation and connivance of the Manager of Bihar State Food Corporation the petitioner was working and causing loss to the State exchequer. It is submitted that an enquiry was held by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30444 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 Managing Director, Bihar State Food Corporation in which it was found that petitioner is duly authorized to work on behalf of the chartered firm.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 99/2015 (G. R. No. 480/15).
