The father of the petitioner died in harness while working as Peon in J.K. Jha+2, Project Girl High School, Khajedih on 14.3.2018. Thereafter, the petitioner filed application for compassionate appointment but till date no decision one way or the other has been taken by the respondents on the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.
