JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he was selling spurious Kewra and Gulabjal using a trade mark of a particular company. Admittedly, for the aforesaid offence petitioner remained in jail custody since 22.05.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with, Udwant Nagar P.S.Case No. 142 of 2015.
