The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner surfaced in this case on the disclosure made by the police informer. The petitioner is in jail since 01.07.2015, but has not been put on test identification parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Srivastava, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sheikhpura in Barbigha P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015.
