For the reasons mentioned in the present petition as also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to restore the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No. 13316 of 2019 to its original file subject to removal of the defect(s) and upon deposit of a sum of Rs.

Patna High Court MJC No.3490 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 500/- by the petitioner before the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee.
