2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 503/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 27/35/25(g) of the Arms Act.

3. The recovery is of only two fired cartridges from the spot. The petitioner is in jail since 20.06.2024.

4. It has been submitted by Mr. Subodh Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in different cases because he has single plot of 14 Bighas in Saharsa on which the land Mafia are trying to capture with the help of the police.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65974 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/ concerned court, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 503/2024.
