Petitioner is said to have caught injured, Kanti Devi at the time of alleged occurrence and it was co-accused, Ajay Raut who gave Dab blow to injured, Kanti Devi. Furthermore, there is allegation that petitioner and co-accused, Ajay Raut assaulted the injured, Heera Rai by means of Dab causing head injury to him. The injured Kanti Devi sustained only one injury which is attributed to co-accused, Ajay Raut. So far as injured Heera Rai is concerned; no injury on his head was found though he sustained two injuries near eye brow as well as eye-lid of left eye. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs
