Petitioner seeks bail in Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 252 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of Sonu Kumar @ Sanni, who is named as one of the accused. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that one of the named accused, Bholu Sao, has already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 16.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20279 of 2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79212 of 2018(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 Petitioner is said to be in custody since 22.02.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Munger, in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 252 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
