Name of this petitioner came in this case on the basis of the information furnished by the spy of the police and thereafter, petitioner was remanded in this case on 9.6.2015 from Bihar P.S. case no. 175/2015 and since then he is languishing in jail custody but up till now, Investigating officer did not organize test identification parade. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Barbigha P.S.
