JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 110 of 2012 registered under Sections 363,366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., stated that she has married with the petitioner on her own sweet will and is living in her matrimonial home with her in-laws.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7845 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 110 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
